International Fastener Expo 2019
Education sessions, annual awards ceremony and networking were all on the agenda of this year’s International Fastener Expo in Las Vegas…
More than 5,000 professionals in the fastener, machinery, tooling and related industries descended on Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay for the International Fastener Expo (IFE) 2019.
The show, which took place 17-19 September, noted an increase in exhibiting companies, particularly in the North American segment, with over 59 new exhibitors increasing the total number of participating companies to over 650.
A two-and-a-half-day conference agenda of 12 sessions and two full-day workshops began on Tuesday morning, revealing insights on new fastener innovations and solutions to finding skilled workers. To be expected, topics surrounding trade policy, tariffs and imports also took centre stage.
This year’s Welcome Reception also boasted an at-capacity attendance, providing an ideal networking stage.
“As the largest gathering in the fastener industry, we are proud to create an event that more and more of the industry’s finest can’t wait to attend.”

Spring Bolt and Nut Manufacturing’s Baron Wayne Yarborough was also recognised as the Young Fastener Professional of the Year.
