Blind Rivet products …
HONSEL is known as a manufacturer for all types of blind rivet fasteners and their optimal processing - from simple hand-held manual tools to innovative award-winning battery riveters, and from pneumatic-hydraulic rivet tools to process-controlled automation components. The current main developments including the further advancement of different high strengths of structural blind rivets - but also blind rivet nuts, as well as the expansion of the range of crimped RIFBOLT blind rivet studs. Optionally, it is possible to produce laser-welded versions in-house too, that meet the highest industry standards.
In addition, there are increasing requirements for the reliable sealing of all closed fasteners, which HONSEL realises with its own solution approaches.

The HONSEL product range 2021 is much more than blind rivet technology. The group successfully produces coil threaded inserts for industrial series production and is a requested contact for self-clinching elements and their processing.
HONSEL is a system supplier of pre-assembled captive screw solutions (Powertrain Fasteners) that have become an integral part of just-in-time supply to the production lines of OEMs. A large number of individual special parts according to customer specifications, with almost unlimited possibilities, round off the extensive production programme.
THE BASE OF SUCCESS
HONSEL has an eye for something new. The foundation for its success is the continuous search for new opportunities, always looking out for the perfect solutions.
For decades now, the core business has been and still is HONSEL’s manufacturing competence for the complex cold forming of wire. HONSEL production sites are among the most modern fastener manufacturing facilities. Compact processes and a large number of in-house operations and finishing options provide maximum flexibility.
Even the best goods are only worth half as much if they are not available in sufficient quantities at the right time. That’s why HONSEL has invested in a semi-automated high-shelf storage system and other logistic equipment and is currently introducing a new sales packaging system.

Premium battery riveter: “Impressive. Exciting. Made by HONSEL”
Available from April/May 2021, the new HONSEL premium battery riveter is for blind rivet nuts and blind rivet studs with patented gearbox and two brushless motors. The tool can be operated using force or stroke control, perfectly matched for every application.
New colour. New names. New tools.
With the fusion of the company’s brands into HONSEL, the familiar Rivdom and RivSmart battery riveters have been given a new look, new packaging in the HONSEL L-Boxx and new names. In addition to the new eVNG 2 a second new tool will round off the family in the course of 2021: Rivdom eBZ1. The new standard for blind rivets up to 5,0 mm diameter. Very compact, the weight only 1.6kg with powerful 20V batteries and a brushless motor.
