Manufacturer begins work on huge new expansion in Arkansas
Volt Industrial Plastics held a ground-breaking ceremony for an all-new 36,000 ft² expansion, earlier this year.
Plastic fastener manufacturer Volt is located outside of Yellville, Arkansas, and this expansion will now give the factory a total of 100,000 ft², allowing it to expand its current inventory of over 100 million parts to even more.
Employing just under 100 people, Volt not only manufactures plastic fasteners which are shipped domestically and internationally, but also builds all of its tooling and parts in-house. This results in huge cost savings which is then passed on to its customers, it says.
