English Chain celebrated 100 years of being in business at the company’s Petersfield site. Team members who have clocked up a total of 200 years' service all enjoyed a well-deserved glass of bubbly with Managing Director Colin Thornton and Chairman Martin Newsome.

The SFS Group acquired the part of the business concerning fasteners and other products of Connective Systems & Supply, Inc. (CSS). This business area of CSS generated sales of USD 15 million in 2022 with about 20 employees. The acquisition enables SFS to strengthen its market position in the United States.

The China International Hardware Show (CIHS) will return from September 19-21, 2023, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). CIHS will provide a platform for over 2,000 exhibitors with nearly 10,000 new products to showcase a full range of hardware products.

Bulten has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Exim & Mfr Holdings Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based distributor of fasteners and other components, for a purchase sum of approximately SGD 66.3 million (SEK 530 million) on a cash-free and debt-free basis.
