Family-owned Mid-Wales based Hafren Security Fasteners is celebrating 25 years of business this year.
“Although 2020 has not been the year we had envisioned for our 25th anniversary, due to the impact of coronavirus and the dramatic measures enacted by governments around the world to slow down the spread of coronavirus and save lives,” said Hafren Managing Director Matthew Lynes.
“We at Hafren are cautiously optimistic that a gradual recovery will take place during the second part of the year. Whatever the future holds, Hafren Fasteners will continue to support our distributors with security fasteners and continue our mission of stamping out the impact of theft globally.”

In the beginning
The security fastener supplier has gained an expert reputation since it started out in 1995 in the supply of anti-tamper security fasteners with customer service and industry knowledge.
Marketing Manager Ryan Crawley added: “It is quite remarkable to look back at the humble beginnings of Hafren Security Fasteners a quarter of a century ago and see where our journey has taken us.
“Much has changed in those 25 years, with the business moving premises four times to accommodate business expansion. 2020 saw further expansion of our premises, building our recently opened purpose-built storage facility, quadrupling our stock holding capacity.”
