Paint manufacturer PT Mowilex Indonesia received its fourth consecutive CarbonNeutral® certification from Climate Impact Partners. Mowilex, which manufactures premium-quality paints, wood coatings and construction coatings, is Indonesia's first carbon neutral manufacturer.

Bulten has decided to close its manufacturing plant in Pembroke, UK. The closure means that 50 jobs are at risk of redundancy. Bulten’s other operations in the UK will not be affected by the closure of the Pembroke plant.

A new report by Barclays Corporate Banking reveals that goods with a total value of £23.6bn are awaiting completion in UK manufacturers’ warehouses because of supply chain delays. This includes £9bn of steel and metals products and £2bn of electronics which are unfinished because of logjams.

Howmet Fastening Systems (HFS) Telford has made the single biggest machinery investment in its 36-year history with the installation of a SACMA 670AL header cold forging machine. The first of its kind to be installed in the UK, it can make parts at up to 80 pieces per minute.
