BRALO has unveiled its HT range of hydro-pneumatic riveters to complete its line-up of setting machines, comprising six high-strength riveting tools for assembly lines to meet the requirements of its customers.
These tools are designed to rivet heavy-duty fasteners such as lockbolts and Estrubolts, used in demanding industries such as solar panel manufacturing, railways, bridge manufacturing, automotive and trucking.
The HT hydropneumatics riveter consists of a power unit or intensifier with traction and recovery force pistons and a hose through which a gun is attached. This ergonomic gun is made of aluminium, and is presented separately from the intensifier, thereby reducing the weight for the operator.
These riveting units are the highest performance range on the market, claims BRALO, and have several advantages compared to other less powerful machines. In particular, in addition to their strength and the intensive use for which they are designed, which generates higher manufacturing volumes, they are easy to transport and have a safety lock.
Built with quality parts, the HT range has been manufactured to last and boost reliability for customers.

RIVETING CAPACITY
HT-30 (30 Kn) A machine for more versatile environments, where standard, Structural and Hardlock rivets are placed, as well as lockbolts up to 6.5 mm.
HT-40 (40 Kn) Riveter designed for the 9.7 mm Structural rivet and also with capacity for Bralock and Unilock lockbolts up to 10 mm, and the 8 mm Estrubolt.
HT-60 (60Kn) A powerful machine designed to place Estrubolt rivets and Bralock and Unilock lockbolts up to 10 mm.
