GESIPA’s superheroes are just getting started…

GESIPA gives us a new spin on hero products, with new super-light, super-strong and super-torque-resistant fasteners…

Blind rivet nuts could be considered heroes when it comes to inserting stable and load-bearing threads into thin materials. Wherever there is only one-sided access to the material, they are virtually unbeatable helpers. Blind rivet nuts also provide the basis for fastening other components with a screw and being able to loosen them again quite easily.

And now for the superheroes…

They are called LightWeight®, HighStrength and TorqueResistant and are the specialists in their fields. With their super-light, super-strong and super-torque-resistant properties, they offer dependable safety in many applications.

100% performance with 50% weight reduction: The GESIPA LightWeight©

The LightWeight® blind rivet nut is up to 50% lighter than a standard blind rivet nut and is used wherever every gram counts. Thanks to its shallow installation depth, it can also fit in corners where other fasteners can't even reach. A high-quality thread with strength class 8 ensures 100% performance.

Strong, stronger, strongest: The GESIPA HighStrength

The GESIPA HighStrength blind rivet nut is made for the tough stuff, because wherever a lot of force is needed, the HighStrength blind rivet nut can show off its strength. Its thread-breaking strength far exceeds that of a standard blind rivet nut. Its strengths are used in automotive body-in-white construction or in structural components where higher safety is required. With a strength class of up to 12.9, the HighStrength steel shows what it can do.

Don’t be left with your head spinning: The GESIPA TorqueResistant

With the TorqueResistant blind rivet nut, non-rotating, high-quality threads can be inserted into cost-effective, round bores. Due to the optimised form fit between the TorqueResistant blind rivet nut and the workpiece, the same mechanical properties can be achieved as with the current state of the art only using 6-sided blind rivet nuts in 6-sided holes. TorqueResistant specialises in extruded aluminium profiles such as sills, structural profiles or safety systems.

And the conclusion?

The conclusion is that blind rivet nuts are becoming more and more popular in industry and trade. They can be used flexibly, are available in many shapes, sizes and variants and, like almost no other fastener, are able to fulfil several functions at the same time.

GESIPA as a system supplier promises, in addition to qualified and economically oriented specialist advice for almost all applications, the right devices for every need, from the hand-operated variant to the process-monitored high-end solution.
